...the facility is a dream. There is none around where the wonderful atmosphere of the beach with the palm trees is so wonderful to experience - from 6am till 9pm. What makes it so unique is the central green area in front of all the houses - it absolutely gives the feeling of an original complex - even though it was actually built only 30 years ago (?). The beach is narrow, but with fantastic waves in the afternoon. Neighbors actually saw a turtle on the beach early in the morning as well.

...this apartment, like all the others in the complex, appears to have been built about 30 years ago (?) and looks a bit its age. Especially the much used things like the insect nets and jalusies are quite worn or defective. Unfortunately, there is (in this apparment) no water boiler - but only a kettle that you have to heat on the stove. I think the owners should invest some of the profits in real innovations and renovations in view of the outstanding price increase since 2019 - all times well spent money! Hi Erick, thank you very much for letting us use your apartment. The complex is a dream and certainly incomparable with any other in the south of the island. Here you can see the original architectural concept - still little driven by commerce but by the desire to offer guests a great experience. We stayed at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel a few years ago - not only an architectural icon, but the epitome of a Hawaiian Islands resort - so wonderful is this resort from the original inspiration. It would be great if you put an electric kettle in the kitchen, if you had the screen doors fixed, the blinds at the entrance (...can't be adjusted either) and the power problem with the air conditioning in the bedroom not addressed after booking and finally had it really fixed. (Although we never had the case of having to use air conditioning...we had perfect temperatures for our vacation in early June).
