Greatest location !!

Interior design. Location. Ease of checking in.

No comfortable chair. Bar stools too high snd heavy. Felt very insecure sitting on them.

Location , the natural light and the decor.

Could not figure out how to use the stove top. It needs a could of bedside lamps. :)

Location was amazing, short walk from downtown. We loved that we could have our pup with us and even ended up booking an extra night!

The place is cozy and could have a few modifications like a side table next to the couch to put your drink/snack on and/or a place for your luggage - we just had ours own the floor and would put it on the bed/couch to grab stuff. Overall though great stay, super responsive host and would absolutely stay again!

The space for days 2 and 3 was lovely but much more than we needed. Really liked that it was one block from the Main Street with shops and restaurants.

Day 1 was in the space in the above picture. Besides the construction noise, didn’t like the lighting. It was half too bright and half not light enough. Really appreciated the staff moving us so quickly.

Apartment was perfect for us. We did not bring our dog but if we had it would have been great for her as well. Everything was easy here.

This is a nice studio apt that is well equiped.

Key code did not work intially and I had to call to get access. The upstairs apt was very noisy when I first arrived. I complained to the property managment and they said if it continues to call the police. That made me feel uncomfortable. Luckily, the people went out for the evening and did not make noise the rest of the weekend.

Located close to town center.

We needed to keep the blinds closed for privacy, which created a cave like atmosphere. For whatever reason individuals walking by this property continuously tried to look inside. We didn’t like the repeated attempts by the local homeless to solicit “dollars” from us. We didn’t like the disgruntled upstairs permanent resident accusing us of making too much noise. When in fact we were sleeping at the time they contacted the property owner and complained. This is not a property to rent for a quiet weekend in Jacksonville. It is not a cottage, but a converted commercial space.

Well finished inside. Had ice in the freezer! Came in to settle late and tired, so did not see wifi info, called the number I was given and got an immediate response! Place was clean.

Location! On a busy street, trucks going by at 5 am, blinds did not offer enough privacy, heard upstairs person walking around and heard waterpipes everytime the upstairs toilet was flushed. Bed was not particularly comfortable. Would be helpful to leave guests ear plugs and cover windows better. Though decorated to theme, place seemed dark at night with blinds closed. Coffee that was left for guest use expired in 2022!
