Spacious Condo close to Siesta

The interior of the facility was clean and comfortable

The exterior of the property was very rundown and seemed like it was not a good neighborhood. One of the nights there were four cop cars arresting somebody in the complex.

We arrived at the property we booked through Booking.com and waited approximately 30 minutes to receive the entry code. The accommodation is not a private property as advertised. It is a two-floor condo/apartment, not a standalone private place and several major issues do not match the listing. The listing clearly stated that the property included access to a private swimming pool, which was the main reason we booked this accommodation. However, there is no private pool at the property. Additionally, both bathroom fans are extremely loud, comparable to helicopter noise. When the bathroom light is turned on at night, it wakes up other people in the unit. We contacted the host regarding these concerns. After calling again, the host advised us to contact Booking.com directly. Due to this incorrect and misleading information, the property does not match the description provided in the listing, and we would like this issue reviewed and resolved.

Beds were not comfortable at all. Picture showed and description says private pool. The only pool was for entire complex and it was filthy.

Excellent location! Apartment had all the essentials and it was very comfortable!

The area was a little sketchy, but nothing too crazy.

Inside quite acceptable and clean. good AC. Good washer and dryer. Nice TV. Kitchen easy to cook in.

The outside condo facility is unkept and low class. We all immediately wanted to leave once we entered the facility but no return on our money so had to stay. We would not use pool given the condition of the entire property since they most likely would not maintain the pool properly. No internet. No hot water in second bathroom. Bedding in second bedroom old and sheets well worn and thin. Silverware very cheap. Old Door locks could easily be broken and condo entered so security was a real concern.
