It’s closeness to everything.

Front door didn’t really lock. And screens would have been helpful.

"The unit was great, the circumstances were noisey and unfortunate."

I thought the unit was perfect and comfortable for what I needed. clean, modern, wonderful, operable windows, but....

The fan in the mini split had a high pitched whine and was too noisey to sleep, so I turned it off and opened the window when I arrived at night. The construction site next store started up heavy equipment at 6am which woke me up and was disturbing.

The room was properly maintained except some stuffs. Also, it has a superb window side view, which is an extra add-on!

1. In booking.com the ad was shown to have an well equipped kitchen, but after the booking it said it provides kitchenette. As I could not take a pic, I do not have a proof. But, I will tell everyone to be beware of this fact. 2. One of the mini-drawers of the kitchenette contained fars of animals which were irritating. For some people, it can be allergic too. Otherwise, the room was properly cleaned. But, this type of dirts should not be expected. I am also attaching that pic.
