Had the amenities we needed and the location was fine.

The appliances are dated, especially the refrigerator which made noise and didn't keep things especially cold. There's an outdoor light right outside the door and blinds are in rough shape so that the room is not dark at night. Most annoying is the ownership who constantly bombard you with texts and emails. SEVENTEEN emails and NINE texts. Their check-in procedure is invasive, cumbersome, and didn't work without several back and forths. Then five emails/texts at 3:30 pm that there was a noise complaint from our room. We happened to be napping and the notices woke us up. When I complained the person responded that it was a general reminder to ask units and we were not being specifically targeted. He snarkily added he was glad we got a nap. We're wrapping up an 8 month trip where we stayed in 57 properties in 23 countries. BCA is easily the most annoying management group on the trip.

Clean and spacious enough for a couple.

Clean, cool, comfortable, safe, and easy to check in.

Plenty of coffee but not enough creamer and sugar so had to go out and get my own.
