"Great value for Money"

The process was seamless, but the Code required for the box wasn't clearly referenced. please use consistent terminology

The apartment was a little tired and the bedside draws were dirty, but the Value for money was exceptional so I can't be too mad.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The building itself is very quiet and feels extremely safe, which made the experience even better. The location is perfect, close to all the main sights and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Check-in was easy and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting D.C.!

"Served its purpose luckily we didn’t have to stay there long!"

Location was good close to metro and some restaurants

Update needed!!!!! Carpet was filthy! Apartment had a bad smell even with windows open still had the smell. No air conditioning, first two days was 80 degrees called to complain and was told they turn off air certain time of year, I did not read that in description but they did send us two fans on Wednesday. Refrigerator not working properly you could put bottle water in freezer all night and it would not be frozen, refrigerator barely cool. No water pressure in bathroom sinks. Not clean. Very dissatisfied!!! I did not expect a mansion but I surely did NOT get a luxury apartment!

"Fantastic unit/location--but there can be issues with communication."

Past collecting the keys, I thoroughly enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was fantastic, the unit was well-managed, beautiful, and clean. It was so close to the metro, which my family from out of town used thoroughly. It was also conveniently located near Whole Foods, Costco, and a few restaurants if you don't mind a 5-8 minute walk.

I certainly hope my situation was an exception: It took nearly an hour and a half to collect the keys. A few days before, I wrote to the host, We Host, asking if I needed to do anything for check-in. They informed me that I still lacked a security deposit. I paid for it that same night. When I arrived promptly at 4 PM, the concierge did not have my information. I called We Host 15 times, the call tree would just loop back to the first prompt, and I was hung up on twice before I got Hernan (an incredible employee), who explained to me that We Host needed IDs of all guests. I may have missed this notification, but also I wasn't told this when I reached out. Hernan also said they hadn't received my deposit. Hernan was able to work with me to fix the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. I nearly had to book a room with a hotel and pay another 1500 for my family's stay, but I am glad I was finally able to connect with Hernan before I did so. I will say that staff did check-in on me after this, and I thoroughly appreciated that.
