Global Cup The Dallas Vibe and Free Arboretum Tickets

Gelegen aan de rand van Dallas, compleet en schoon appartement.

Het appartement is eigenlijk niet geschikt voor 4 personen. De inrichting en de aanwezige keukenbenodigdheden zijn gericht op 2 personen. Er is een slaapbank, ik sliep daar met een kind maar 2 volwassenen zou ik niet aanraden. Zwembad konden we beperkt gebruik van maken vanwege onderhoud. Host stuurt veel geautomatiseerde berichten met een wat belerende toon. Antwoord kort op vragen. Geen restaurants of supermarkten op loopafstand. Geen plek om buiten te zitten.

Lepo urejen apartma blizu središča mesta. Kimunikacija z lastniki je bila ok. Vse je bilo čisto.

Blzu ni nobene restavracije do prve trgovine je 15 minut hoda.

The apartment space was decent. Parking was easy & the it has a pool. Overall, a good apartment with good facilities.

There are strict quiet hours and due to the fact this is not a manned property with 24hr concierge/reception there was no one to enforce this. This is an apartment block for anyone to use, no check in just turn up with your personal door codes. Shouting from 3am - 6am from another resident/ visitor - felt unsafe. Did not fulfil full stay, went elsewhere after night 1. An hour walk to downtown.

Could have been an incredible stay with just a few improvements. Really nice apartment but there was no welcome pack or info on how to use facilities. Not enough cooking utensils, no oven trays, chopping board, cooking bowls etc & the bathroom door was jammed & TV was broken. The communication was poor & tbh quite aggressive when we were trying to get problems sorted, threatening charging us $250 no apology about things not working. We could not get the bathroom door open as it was stuck & we were desperate to use toilet. Men came out to try to fix TV but didn’t fix & then no further contact after chasing several times. Offered free tickets to Arboretum but was extremely hard to get these especially for non USA residents & we gave up in the end.
