Great location: 10 minutes drive or 35 minutes walk to the Strip.

Disposal and dishwasher leaking, washer and dryer does not work correctly. But owner said that it will be fixed.

"First condo experience in Vegas, would do it again!"

Well-appointed, easy self check-in, comfortable. Close to Gold Coast (great Chinese restaurants) and Palms.

Next to large streets - cars racing at night can be noisy, you can hear the neighbors upstairs a bit too. Not a very fun walk to the Caesars, but doable. And buses were not very reliable, so unless you take a taxi/Uber, know you’ll walk about 30 minutes to get to the Strip.

"Lovely condo Las Vegas"

Facilities were good. Didn't want for anything in the condo. Had everything we needed. Virtually opposite a supermarket and Dennys. Several casinos in very close proximity- found large beer for $5 in Palms! Taxis easily available from Rio casino a short walk away. Didn't have time to explore the pool area. Lots of parking. Security on gate although we were assured that we were quite safe.

Condo owner has no control over the barren land view from our balcony and the electric power station but it wasn't great. We didn't spend a great deal of time in the condo so it didn't spoil our stay. We just turned our chairs round so we didn't have to look at it! Don't know what the balcony view would be like on the opposite side of the complex. It was quite a walk from the condo to Caesars Palace uphill over a bridge so we tended to get a taxi in as it was very hot very early on in the day.

Was comfortable, the view and location was perfect. Was able to enjoy the vist to Vegas. Felt like we were in our own home.

Just a small issue with ants. But that was all.
