Summit View Lodge

Host met us in the morning to pick up our bags as the room was not yet ready and delivered to our room upon checkin. Easy parking in front of each room. Space was large enough to spread out but furniture was not inviting or comfortable when spread out. Host was nice enough and the location was good to downtown, but it didn't feel like the price matched the experience. Price was more a symptom of supply and demand vs actual value.

Furniture was extremely uncomfortable, lamps did not work (some had bulbs but would not turn on despite being plugged into multiple sockets), there were wires that were somewhat exposed (could see wires but covered by tape) in the bathroom.

Location was great - walkable to the waterfront, easy to get to and to park. Loved having the kitchen and living room.

Turning the heat on was a little tricky, but we figured it out and then it was fine. Also, the welcome booklet seemed outdated in terms of payment and wifi info, but on the last day of our stay we realized that front page was for another unit, and a loose page was for ours. That page had all the info we needed.

The unit was clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

There was a tiny smell of old cigarette smoke. But it wasn't bad enough to bother us. Check-out instructions were not very clear. But overall no complaint about the place!

One small roll of toilet paper for three days is silly. Garbage instructions a bit confusing

Spacious living area, kitchenette and bedroom and good facilities. Very clean, a comfortable bed and a great location
