Toooooo expensive

Very clean, comfortable. Quiet street in a great Chicago neighborhood.

For what we paid for our stay there, one would expect perfection. Porch wooden slats for front steps were coming up and in disrepair and in my opinion were a safety hazard which could have caused my 93 yr old mother who was with us , to trip, or anyone for that matter, and fall. Needs to be updated for handicap specs. Microwave worked but touch pad was worn out. And some of the blinds were broken in some of the rooms. We were glad for three bedrooms, but they were cramped. Lighting was very dim in most of the rooms. Just needs a little “sprucing up”.

A three-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a dining area, a living room, and a kitchen was the perfect size for our extra-long weekend trip to Chicago. We were shuttling between downtown and Evanston, and this was a great central location for us with ample and safe street parking.

There is almost nothing that can be improved to really improve the stay - the apartment was in decent shape, but maybe a touch-up here and there would improve things - like the stairs and outside door are a bit rickety (but don't seem unsafe)

Front steps need higher handrails. Don't take the historic handrails away, just add one in the middle if the front steps
