Чистота, наличие фена, микроволновки и стиральной машины. По цене квартира полностью соответствует ожиданиям.

Не очень продумана система первого попадания гостя на территорию. Пришлось ждать, пока другие жильцы откроют калитку) То же самое с выездом из квартиры. Ключи оставили в секретном месте, а как выйти за ворота, если там магнитный замок – вопрос. :)
