The location is good.

The second floor makes a lot of noise at all hours I woke up due to the noise. The bedroom air conditioning was very noisy. There is no space for groceries. I had problems with internet several days but the owner reimburse me for that trouble.

Ms Beatriz and Mr Mez are the best host! We were welcomed with some muffins, ice cream and bottled water! Everything we needed was provided including beach towels! The cottage is cute and cozy and it is surrounded by tropical plants. Since her next guests won’t be arriving until next 2 days, she even offered for us to stay extra day if we wanted to!

The ac is a bit loud and the people upstairs have heavy feet but it’s very minor and was overcome by the accommodation we received

Location is in a small pocket of West Palm Beach that is quite diverse but don't let that deter you. My wife and I were a little uneasy at first but met Beatriz (the owner) who lives on the property. She has taken steps to ensure that her guests feel safe and comfortable (lots of exterior lighting and cameras).

The hosts/owners were the nicest we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The apartment felt secluded and was the best stocked apartment we have ever rented. So many things were already there, including coffee and teas, beach towels, a cooler, ice packs, and so much more. Yet it was only a five-minute drive back to I 95 and near the Palm Beach airport. Beaches were only 15 minutes away. They also had a lovely outdoor sitting area surrounded by flowers and greenery. If you drove just 5 minutes east and parked on the street, you could stroll along the seawall walkway at the Intercoastal highway at Palm Beach (I think that is what it was). Great place for sunrises (if the sun and clouds cooperate). We were there for three weeks for work, and it was a relaxing spot to come home to.

The area of town gave you an "ify" feeling-in places-but felt VERY secure in and around the property.

Close to the beach, very responsive owners. Super clean and very friendly people. The owners even left us stuff for breakfast.

Some of the rules I feel are a little much. Air conditioner in the living room does not work and the fridge tends to be a little loud. Neighbors that are not on the property were super unfriendly. Make sure you park in the correct spot
