Дуже красива квартира, чисто. Є всі зручності які потрібно. Розташування дуже хороше. Щодо укриття це може бути паркінг але квартира на невисокому поверсі і будинок оточений вищими будинками. Тому в квартирі відчуваєш себе в безпеці ( на скільки це можливо) Власник був на звʼязку завжди. Є «підземний» паркінг ( він швидше 0вий ніж підземний але є. Він платний) також можна припаркувати машину просто в дворі безкоштовно, якщо там є місце. До парко місць власник відношення немає але розказав варіанти які є. Нам все сподобалося)

Дуже затишна квартира, все чисто. Сподобалось джакузі, води з бойлера вистачило для того, щоб набрати повністю (головне - слідувати інструкції). І наявність балкону, великий +, досить атмосферно. 10/10 відпочинок.
