Es war ein n traumhafter Blick aufs mehr, nachts Das Meeresrauschen. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man brauchte und es war super sauber!

View was beautiful and very close to the beach. Host went above and beyond with accommodations and made sure we didn’t need to buy anything for our stay besides food. Host was very easy to communicate with and left very detailed and easy to follow instructions. Place was beautifully decorated and comfortable-felt like home. Would stay again in a heart beat. Close drive to cocoa beach where there was tons to do but our beach seemed completely private and hardly anyone was out. Such a beautiful peaceful vacation.

Currently undergoing construction-not in a noisy way but it was our belief a pool had recently been torn out and in the meantime is just a concrete view. Would love to come back and see what they’re going to do with that area!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und von der Größe perfekt für zwei Personen. Die Ausstattung besonders in der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles Notwendige zum Selbstversorgen war vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügte über zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen und die Sonne auf dem Balkon sehr genossen. Dank der Deckenventilatoren blieb es in den Zimmern angenehm kühl. Die Lage zum Strand ist ebenfalls ideal. Man sollte nur bedenken, dass die Fahrt nach Orlando etwa eine Stunde dauert – für uns war das jedoch kein Problem. Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte befinden sich ganz in der Nähe (1–3 km). Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen. Auch der Ort „Coconut Beach“ ist absolut empfehlenswert mit seinen kleinen Bars und schönen Shops.

Gibt nix, evtl. hatte ich gerne Meerblick gehabt. Aber war so auch vollkommen OK.

There is a lot to like about this property, which is a condo unit. The building itself is dated and doesn't necessarily impress from the outside. However, the interior of this unit was fresh and clean. The large glass sliding doors and patio look directly out to the ocean. The unit was well-appointed with towels, dishes, cookware, appliances and various condiments. The host provided a couple bottles of water and chips for us as well. There is paid laundry on the same floor as the unit. There is direct access to the vast stretch of beach, which was quite empty and walkable once the tide subsides. The location is easy driving distance to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Parking was not a problem for us, but we were warned that it could fill up in which case we'd need to park across the street. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but these did not interfere with our overall enjoyment.
