First off the door didn’t have the numbers on them, it was broken off. The kitchen had roaches. There was no broom. There were no extra wash clothes. 2 towels only. The air conditioner was broke, we had to open windows. There was a piece of the kitchen counter broken. The rugs were old. They wouldn’t lay down. The picture advertised online were nothing like in person. The pictures look like a nice clean apart/condominium. In person it was nothing like that. I wanted to cook breakfast the next morning but refused to because of the roaches crawling on the counter. I came all the way from Fayetteville, North Carolina to bring my daughter to Atlanta for her 18th birthday and we were very much disappointed in the property. I paid over $300 and it definitely was not worth it! I messaged the host Alex that sent me all the information for the property, like the code to get in and the address. He never responded back to me. Communication is horrible! I actually would like to be refunded smh!! I submitted pictures to Alex as well as on the Booking. com. The site.

The desk security guard was incredibly helpful and informative. The WI-FI connection was good as well.

I’d like to start off by saying the owner of the condominium was intentionally deceitful and my summary of our experience will demonstrate how: 1. When I booked this place, a free parking space was included in the price. Upon arrival, parking was incredibly confusing. We learned that parking spaces are assigned and you cannot park leisurely. There were no instructions on how to determinewhere we could park. We reached out to the owner, with no immediate response. The security guard was incredibly helpful, but this entire process took us almost 30 minutes to secure parking. 2. The temperature in the room was awful. It was incredibly hot, uncomfortably hot. We reached out to the owner, who initially advised us to adjust the fan to help with the temperature. That didn’t work. We reached out to the owner again, who finally told us the temperature cannot be adjusted inside the condominium and it’s controlled by the HOA. We had to sleep with the windows open and without clothing for any relief. We did not have a comfortable night’s rest and woke up earlier to leave the property before checkout. 3. The property was not clean. The shower was dirty and there were bugs. The owner wants you to leave his property in prestige condition, with detailed instructions on what has to be done before checkout, but the same is not given upon arrival. What’s the purpose of the cleaning fee if I have to load the dishwasher and take out the trash? 3 hours after checkin, the owner sent a message letting us know the temperature cannot be controlled in the room, parking isn’t always available and there’s a homeless problem in the area. This should have been sent AFTER booking, which was done in August, not after checkin. Had we been informed earlier, we would not have stayed at this property. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY HERE. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.

No one was there at the front door when we first got there, so we were a bit confused if we needed to sign in. We didn’t see anyone at the front desk until late at night

the parking is ok, the building stunk smelt stale and it was hot no ac or ac units had to open the windows, the kitchen is creepy holes in the walls cabinets falling off I didn’t even want to go past the trash can, it’s 2 doors to the apartment not secured good enough, it has a moldy mildew smell the curtains stink just creeped me out the whole place, the key fob didn’t work so I couldn’t get in I unless someone was at the desk or the side door was open, the shower didn’t get hot, no tvs in the rooms, 1 sofa in the front room. The pictures are filtered I would not recommend or stay here again
