Bonne localisation

The property is the most spacious and tidy one we stayed in Tashkent compared to other hotels with same prices. Although it’s located near a main road but no traffic noise bothered me.

The only thing is that you will need to store your luggage in a chained hostel with 10min. Anyway, that road is flat and beautiful so enjoyed the walk too :)

Lo studio si trova forse in una delle migliori zona di Tashkent per posizione, servizi e ristorante. Pulito, luminoso e spaziono senza contare una buona dose di "stile" nel decorare l'interno dell'appartamento. Si trova inoltre al piano terra, rendendo facile l'accesso anche con grandi valigie. Le finestre credo siano insonorizzate, visto che siamo riusciti a dormire perfettamente senza il fastidio delle macchine. Inoltre, il chek-in in autonomia è stato facile e le indicazioni comunicate tramite Whatsapp in largo anticipo e con grande chiarezza. Super consigliato!

Условия нормальные , но цена была значительно завышена чем при бронировании на Букинге , ( перевод был на карту владельца и выяснять не хотелось почему такое несоответствие , так как провели одну ночь

Телевизор смотреть невозможно из за качества изображения , только для видимости присутствия . Подушки на тахте ( не диван кровать ) уже застарелые и уставшие

Just about everything! The room was more than adequate and cozy for two, though it would have been a stretch for 3. Everything needed was there. The HVAC worked very well, the bathroom was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was adequate for light meal prep. Wifi was quietly reliable with good bandwidth. Location was wonderful; a city strollers delight! The driver Murod is a treasure; a gentleman, always there with a helping hand, and knowledgeable of the city. The manager Said was very helpful with getting connected, telecom-wise and was very patient with my silly questions. If/when I return to Tashkent, I would consider this a primary option for myself again.

Nothing major; all more tips and suggestions than any complaints.

Ero leggermente dubbiosa sul prenotare un appartamento per le questioni che riguardano l'immigrazione. Ho chiesto al proprietario prima di partire se mi avrebbe fornito i documenti necessari e lui mi ha assicurato che l'avrebbe fatto. Malgrado questo e malgrado la mia insistenza alla fine non mi ha rilasciato i permessi per l'immigrazione. Tutte le altre strutture in cui ho soggiornato in Uzbekistan mi hanno lasciato i permessi in regola (anche quando ho soggiornato per una sola notte) tranne questa. Oltretutto il proprietario è stato molto scortese con me trattandomi come se fossi stupida nel chiedere una cosa che era mio diritto. Inoltre non ho potuto pagare con la carta (come segnato nell'annuncio) ma ho dovuto pagare con PayPal con la richiesta di selezionare "amici e familiari" in modo tale che lui non pagasse le commissioni. Se cercate una struttura professionale questa non fa per voi.
