Casa Soleada in East Rock near DT and Yale SOM with FREE Parking and King Bed

Beautifully decorated, clean and host answered any questions I had promptly.

My only "complaint" is that the bedrooms didn't have mirrors. Would be helpful in getting ready, as there's only the 1 bathroom. Other than that, it was PERFECT!

Host is very responsive and welcoming and he accommodated a request for additional piece of furniture. Beds are comfortable. Location is terrific for walking to Yale campus, short drive to good pizza joints, Wooster Square Park, East Rock.

There isn’t likely any insulation between floors so you hear a lot of stomping. And when they are stomping into the wee hours, you will not get sleep. Facility could benefit from additional details to make it a truly 5 star experience, like mixing bowl/containers for family meals, maybe chest of drawers, 2-ply TP.

Nice house, well located close to University of Yale

We were 7 people but there is 1 table in the kitchen with only 4 chairs.

Clean, beautiful, and the keypad locks are so useful for a big group so we don't have to worry about who has the key. The king bed can literally fit 3 people. Free coffee from the Keurig machine, and also tasty drinking water from the Britta filter! Incredible value for the place! Also it's location is 10 mins from Yale, and there are free shuttles close by which take you to the station. The shower is really nice too.

Having one bathroom was the only down point about this property. Honestly, it wasn't an issue if we left plenty of time in the mornings & asked some people to shower at night.
