Just a few minor details. We had to buy batteries for both TV remotes. I bought the incorrect size for the one so didn'tuse that remote. The braai grid wasn't clean on our arrival and dishwasher full of dishes. Braai area hardly ever cleaned. Towels were not changed once during our 9 night stay. We took them to be washed. Light bulb next to bed in main room didn't work from day one and we didn't purchase one as again this should be maintained. The WiFi only got sorted out on day 7 of our stay after us asking daily. Just minor details that would've earned this an 8 in terms of rating but sadly our rating is a 5.
