Settler Cottage Apartment

The property is secure with off street parking. It was clean and tidy, and good value for money. When we arrived, there was an issue with the electric gate and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. The property was really convenient for Kingswood, and we would stay here again

The cottage apartment was cozy and comfortable. The esthetics are beautiful and well designed. Staff was quite responsive in helping me find the location.

The water system by the shower did take us by surprise as we were not aware that this is how the water runs out f rom the shower which may increase the risk of someone falling. Other than that, the water was warm. I would advise more provision of parking space. The cars ( mine & other neighbors) ended up blocking one another which caused quite a jam in the early morning when we needed to leave.

Check in was easy, rooms were clean n neat. Experienced home away from home, remember its a cold week but we couldn't feel that rooms had heaters and electric blankets. Linen is of high quality 👌 👏
