The host is friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times with a lovely mannerism. Wild Heart Safari provides three modern-built units to choose from. The property is nestled privately in the heart of the bush, situated in a respected, tranquil wildlife estate close to surrounding shops and restaurants. Colleen goes to great lengths to make sure one feels welcome and at ease. Aside from the place being spotless, extra attention has gone into making sure that you have everything you need. The interior is beautiful with its African-style décor, which matches nicely with the surrounding veld outside. The pool on a patio setting, together with air conditioning inside, makes it an even more wonderful stay. It’s nice to cool down after coming back from a game drive in the Kruger nearby. You also get spoiled by a lot of wildlife sightings in the park. The unit provides quality bedding, safe parking and a braai/boma area to enjoy. Also, compliments to Matimba and the cleaning crew. The whole team is very professional and valuable. Thank you for your hospitality. A 10/10 recommendation

We didn’t have breakfast, we made everything ourselves

On the first night the lights just switched off and the water left . As a person who has Nyctophobia this was not a pleasant experience

Matimba very attentive staff member who went above and beyond also welcomed us to our place and briefed us a bit and gave recommendations about places we can visit. stylish decor,beautiful kitchen that comes with everything and I mean everything you can think of in the kitchen. It was indeed home away from home. Perfect to reconnect with yourself and partner. A truly memorable stay .Thank you so much for hospitality ❤️❤️❤️🥰

We liked everything! Super comfy beds (there are 3), nice pool and fire place, smart TV and great AC. Small kitchenette with the essentials for home cooking. Also, the manager was super nice and responsive, he offered shuttle services which were greatly appreciated.

Food delivery doesn't reach this neighborhood so just be mindful of that!

Relaxation and peaceful environment.

The manager's communication wasn't in a professional manner, requesting towels not provided for, like no bath towels provided only 2 small towels for the whole 2 days stay until we had to request. Their communication in terms of services not provided for should be clear and stated on arrival.
