Clean

Communication can be a bit better. They start a whatsapp group with brilliant communication, but... the moment you have a question, nobody replies at all. My husband got hold of the 3rd person eventually via phone calls, and he assisted immediately. (We had water issues) but we are very happy. Just communication after initial whatsapp that was a bit frustrating
