Tanbark Shores Guest Suite

The location was magical!!!! Our hosts were incredibly friendly and thoughtful!!!!! The room was SPOTLESS and SPACIOUS!!!! Everything you can think of was available! They thought of every detail that would make our stay seamless and enjoyable. The decor was amazing.....a beautiful nautical theme! The bathroom shower was a DREAM.....I never wanted it to end!!! I wanted to move in and never leave!!!! The backyard was beyond extraordinary!!! The views were spectacular and the deck was truly an oasis! I cannot say enough good things about this property! I never usually write reviews, but I felt they really deserved this! They went above and beyond. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!! The next time I visit Oregon.....I will 100% book this property.

There wasn't anything I would change.......Everything was perfect!

Beautiful property, nice, cozy suite with king sized bed. There is a full size fridge, stove, Keurig coffee maker. The views from the patio/deck were amazing, my wife and I sat out there for hours until sunset and again in the morning while drinking coffee, just staring out at the ocean.

You have to walk about 100 feet from the suite to the patio/deck area and the owners are inside the house so there isn’t total privacy but the owners gave us as much privacy as possible. No way to walk down to the water from the property. Overall the place was great and these are the only things I could possibly find that weren’t ideal.

Positives: • Superb accommodation comprising a spacious studio with excellent kitchen facilities. • Very large and comfortable bed. • Great bathroom with an excellent shower. • Very useful washer dryer in the studio. • Impeccable attention to detail by the owners in terms of how the studio is equipped. • Parking just outside the studio, within the boundary of the owners' property. • The owners were very welcoming, taking time to explain how things worked within the studio, but then respecting our privacy for the rest of our stay. • Use of the owners' garden with seating that offers simply stunning views of a rocky bay that their property sits above. It is truly a world class view. • Within walking distance of the main street in Brookings, with a choice of cafes and restaurants.

The interior is beautiful, recently updated kitchen area and bath. The view from the back yard was breathtaking. The owners were kind and generous with their welcome, meeting us when we arrived and showing us around.

The rain was the only slight downside. Loved this property.

The property is beautifully situated with a gorgeous view. A patio overlooking the ocean is available to guests weather permitting. It was clean, comfortable, with extra touches to make guests feel welcomed.

Extremely well appointed. Very comfortable and well equipped. Hosts were very friendly but respected our privacy. Quiet.

The view of the cove was lovely but unfortunately cannot see it from the inside the rental unit

Everything was exceptional. The full kitchen is a complete bonus. The bed was extra comfy. The attention to details and the hospitality from the hosts are very much appreciated. Over the top place to stay!
