Lavish Apartment near Houston Medical Centre

The manager, Ike, was fantastic. When I called him to express my dissatisfaction, he immediately addressed my concerns and relocated us to a much better property, even upgrading us at no extra cost. Throughout our stay, he was polite, friendly, easily reachable, and gave great recommendations.

The property itself was a nightmare and far from luxurious as advertised. We found two large dead roaches on the floor, suggesting poor cleaning and a pest problem. There was mold in the closets and bathroom, broken appliances, dim lighting, and an overall depressing atmosphere. The apartment smelled like marijuana and did not feel homey at all.

the location of the apartments were nice

There were dead roaches in the cabinet and old hair on the towels . I had to purchase new towels from the store because the ones provided weren’t clean
