We could not get entry.It was a problem to find somebody to help. I had lost my phone and had no codes or phone numbers. Eventually a person on the premises unlocked the key box and enquired if I did not receive an e-mai with information. I tried to explain about my phone but he still did not give us a code for the key box or a Wi Fi code. He also did not introduce himself or gave any contact number.We consequently had no Wifi access for the 2 days. There was no information file in the unit.This was my second stay there and each time we had trouble upon arrival. Although comfortable and good value for money I will not book this accommodation again.We did not feel welcome.

Host was friendly

First impression was dirty, linen was not ironed and nook chairs needed a proper wash
