Купился на красивые фотографии и классное расположение.

Номера после дебоширов или просто как будто в них 10 лет не убирались. Грязь, протертости, паутина висящая. В ванной просто песок. Всё старое и желтое. Огромные проблемы с возвратом денег, хотя почти сразу после заезда сообщил об этом, но 1.5ч моего времени было потрачено.

דירה גדולה עם כל המוצרים שצריך, הצוות היה שירותי מאוד עד גבול מסויים שאציין בחסרונות, היה קצת בעיות מים חמים אבל זה ליווה אותנו בכל וייטנאם וזה לא חריג, הצוות גם ידע לדאוג לכל מה שביקשנו.

התמונות באתר בבוקינג לא משקפות את מה שרשום, בתמונה של דירה עם נוף לים, רואים שמהמיטה רואים את הים, זה לא נכון בכלל!!! צריך לצאת למרפסת ללכת לסופה, להתכופף ולהסתכל ימינה בין שני בניינים ואז תראה קצת מהים, זו לדעתנו רמאות בפרסום. היום צריכים להביא תמונות נכונות ולציין שיש דירות עם חצי נוף לים ומהמיטה רואים בניינים ולא ים!!! שהסבנו את תשומת ליבם, אמרו שאין להם דירה חלופית כשבפועל היו דירות שהיו מצויינות בבוקינג, ואם נבטל את. ההזמנה מבוקינג יתנו לנו 15% הנחה כדי שנשתוק, וזה מה שעשינו וטעינו. תוודאו איזו דירה אתם מקבלים

Picking up keys was easy. Ana was lovely. Very respectful. We stayed for two weeks and the majority was in room 409. It was excellent and faced north so away from the noisier southern beach nightclubs which open until very late. This room had a wonderful view, and we would head out and explore throughout the day, and sip beers on the balcony in the afternoon before deciding where to go for dinner. Plenty of places along the beach and in the back streets for more authentic Vietnamese experiences. A real gem.

We had to pay cash, and although it states that you need to pay in VND (which most hotels do) we didn't know it meant cash. We needed to go to the ATM to get 10 withdrawals due to the withdrawal limit. She allowed us to do this the next day which was good, but it cost additional money for all the withdrawals and my partner had a very bad foot at the time and I was a also not very well that day. It's only a little thing but in the end it was a negative first impression. I know we sound like whingers, but we also asked for a low level room as we don't like heights, but had to have the 14th floor for the first 4 nights. Eventually went to room 409 which was exceptional.

Just wanted to drop a quick note to say a huge thank you for all your help and support my stay at The Costa Residence! You made everything so much easier — whether it was answering my questions, you always had a solution. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Hope to be back — thanks again for making my stay so special! 🙌✨

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung! Das Bett war sehr bequem!

Das Internet hat anfangs gar nicht funktioniert. Später - mit Hilfe von Luna, die sich super gekümmert hat - klappte es, aber es war sehr langsam.

Всё было великолепно, очень понравился вид на море с 8 этажа. Сам номер был очень просторный, спокойно вместил нас троих, иметь 2 ванны было достаточно приятно.

В ванных комнатах было маловато освещения и не было розеток для фена/бритвы
