Ocean Vista 3BR apt Sealinks Resort, Mui Ne, Phan Thiet

The apartment was very clean and comfortable 😃 Yen is a brilliant host and nothing was too much trouble 😊

The restaurant was over priced and was very unclean, it was also the same for the cafe on the road front - the area where they prepared the food was filthy 🤢 but this is not the hosts fault but the complex’s. There is also a small charge to access the beach but this includes sunbed hire so not really a negative.

Very nice and spacious apartment with a great view! Easy check in via Code. Very comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms - perfect stay for our group. Me and my friends came for Kite Surfing in Mui Né and took classes with VKS kite school, which is approx. 15 min walking distance to the apartment.

The apartment is perfect, however authentic vietnamese restaurants are not located nearby. Maybe we missed them.

Location was a 15 minute ride to city center. Resort area with resort food (not as good as in city food) and amenities that we had to pay extra for (pool, beach, lounger) An rent was paid in a large sum of cash.

Apartment was very very clean. Everything you need is in the apartment. Perfect beach - very clean, maintained, equipped. Very close to street with many restaurants, massage saloons. The best was owner of apartment - responded to all questions about stay in a very very short time. Very helpful and welcoming.

Baby cot (baby travel bed) was not available but also was not promised.
