Cozy Studio Stay Near Downtown Austin and UT

Cozy and felt like home, nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Great location for a quick commute to all the key spots in central Austin. The stereo system in the bathroom was great for getting ready. Had a desk equipped with multiple phone chargers. The layout of the place was great. The building was quiet. Free parking. Air conditioning/heat plus ceiling fan and lots of lighting options.

The kitchen was on the smaller side, perfectly fine if you don’t plan to cook and had all the essentials in case you do. The water pressure and hottest temperature in the shower was not as much as I prefer but enough that it was still comfortable. The closet did not have much space to store a suitcase.

Such a cozy apartment! very clean and kept up. love the folder with instructions for the apartment and the food and activity suggestions!

Such a cute condo, well equipped.and comfortable. Nice shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser. After several days in San Antonio, it was a good place to rest before traveling back to SC. We had a pleasant stay.

We felt the condo should have been cleaner. The coffee maker was not clean, nor stove, place mats on dining table, decorative accessories, bathroom sink, and vanity. There were dishes in the drainer upon arrival, which we put up. We felt like toothpaste is not something that should be shared between guests. We were not sure about the cleanliness of the throw rugs, mats and small towels. The outside seating and area were very dirty. The outside appearance and maintenance of the condominium location was not appealing at all. It has the potential to be quite lovely.
