You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of ZAR 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the apartment is serviced on request. Please note that this property is a poor match for a group of friends/cousins. The estate has 24 hour no noise regulations. A R1000 noise deposit is payable to the body corporate, and held for the duration of your stay. This deposit is refunded 24 hours after check out, provided you have adhered to noise restrictions.
