"great location, poorly maintained"

What a nice surprise this property was. Beautiful layout, lots of space, great facilities in the penthouse, amazing views and very comfortable. I will definitely come back.

the only bad things or rather sad thing is the poor maintenance on the property. there was a lot of ware and a lot of doors, items and equipment was damaged or missing. for a space that is advertised at 4* you would expect that upkeep and maintenance will be a priority. an example was that one of the bathrooms was rotting, and the smell was horrible. they tried to cover it up with a lot of bathroom sprays and dents but i think it just made it worse. doors in the kitchen coming of its hinges and bang in your face is not how you would like to start your morning. also, they provide no toiletries in the bathroom. no soaps or shampoos. nothing.
