The location is good.

I had to wait for 1 and half hours to get into my room since the password was not working and I was not called back despite of more than 10 calls I attempted to contact them. Once I got in, the place has no toilet paper, the shower head was broken and the AC controller was missing. I asked for refund for 30% of the money and it was declined. After a few hours, staff came to fix the aircon controller, shower head and delivered some toilet paper. But they can hardly speak English. The manager, Jama relied on email to communicate, which is frustrating and he kept asking me to send pictures of what I said… the experience was horrible.

When I arrived to check in, my room wasn't ready. The elevator was broken and there was none to help. I then couldn't get into my room because the admin gave me a wrong code, it took almost an hour to sort out. Terrible customer service.

The place was clean and cozy, conveniently located near the Green Line and several grocery stores. It’s an ideal, quiet spot for a few days in Boston—perfect for exploring the city while staying close to I-95 to avoid traffic, especially if you're traveling for business.
