"The biggest room here is the room for improvement"

Great location, spacious apartment.

When you zoom into details, there are imperfection here and there such as bathroom drainage, water leaked to outside after less than a minute of shower. Cleanliness has big room for improvement, looks like they never clean the stain in the shower area. Stained cutlery. Drinking water provided in reusable glass bottle, but it has stain on top of the bottle. Staff was not professional, the housekeeping staff did not replace the hand & face towel on day 2, during check out they keep us waiting for that and keep asking us if we misplaced the towel elsewhere. Coffee was never replaced (we stayed for 3 nights).
