The overall experience and the premises was of a high Standard.The reception and staff were very professional and helpful

The unit was substandard. It was not particularly hygienic. We found multiple cockroaches and items were broken. There was old and broken crockery and cutlery and mismatched glasses and cups. Pots were missing lids, can opener was broken.Bedroom aircon and fan were not functional. Owner promised to send a repairman out and did not honour his promise. Curtains were mismatched and stained in many places.bathroom fixtures were broken.Stairs on bunk beds were broken Telephone was disconnected and cord needs repair according technician sent up from reception.aircon in lounge was leaking and not functioning optimally.

No basics like dish washing liquid

Location was lovely and the resort was very nice. lovely staff and Nice choice of cafes.

The apartment needs to be done up, the bedding was old and the coffee table and bed side table had broken glass edges. the wiring was visible and over all except for the view , it really needs to be done up.
