Beautiful kitchen & living area!

Wasn't clear in the description that one of the bathrooms was only a half bath or that the hot tub was in another building. I was very glad I didn't make this reservation with my 90+ year old dad. I assumed with a number in the 100's that it was on the ground floor.

"Breck 3rd floor condo"

The kitchen was a good size and had everything you need. The living room was comfortable. We did not use the deck, but it would be nice to enjoy with the grill. The condo is under a half mile from Peak 8 and a little over a mile from downtown.

The 2nd bed in the 2nd bedroom was small. It is not suitable for an adult. Both bathrooms are in the hallway. There is no bathroom access directly from the master bedroom. The building is old and not very soundproof.
