"Terrible place with roaches,remote not working,old furniture place look like a museum,refund me"

That place is terrible booking.com seem to be taking anything lately on their app,the place was full of roaches,I regret booking that place,felt like I threw my money on a drain,as a matter of fact I deserve a full refund. I normally book places with booking.com ,last week I made a booking with you guys in Port Shepstone at the Whale Rock,this past weekend was in Durban again,this was a last minute booking and I regret to find such a place in booking.com. furniture is so old,remote tv broken,we left some of our stuff in the car because of roaches,will never again book that place.
