"The place is very nice, however if you going to cook, take pots with you :)."

Location is closed to the beach and shop which is nice

The security can be a little more helpful and friendly. We didn't know there were trollies you can use to take your stuff to the flat and had to carry our things to the 13th floor, it would help if we knew or the security told us.
