1000#1 Contemporary Home w/ Parking, Grill, & AC!

We loved the location, easy street parking (garage was available but it was tight so we felt easier on the street). Kitchen and living space was nice and spacious. There was a walk in closet in the bedroom which we could put the pack and play in for our toddler to sleep in as a separate space.

Good proximity to the water—too bad the bed is filthy and not at all worthy of resting your head. Walls are super thin, you can hear the neighbor burping

Literally soiled bed. Had absolutely no cushion just as others have said. Owner has 0 interest in improving the bed quality but doesn’t mind changing $$$ a night

Good size unit, looks nice inside, close to the beach, good value for the location, contained some essential items needed for the stay. The hosts were kind and responsive to messages.

The location of the unit faces the loud busy street, vehicle noise very loud in the living room area. Oven/stove was not working properly throughout our stay which made it difficult to cook and beeping intermittently when plugged in; we had to keep plugging and unplugging it during our stay. The bed was cheap and should probably be replaced.

Convenient and close to the beach and Balboa island. We were able to eat most meals in the apartment. The room was very clean and had the necessary kitchen ware to cook and eat with. Host was very helpful and fast to reply.

Grill needs updated. Traffic noise as on the main road through the peninsula. Garage is very small so we used the street parking, but this was noted in the listing.

Short walk to beach and the restaurants were about one mile up the beach. We enjoyed the walking to and from dinner, so the distance was perfect.

There is a garage for parking, but a Ford Explorer will not fit. We were lucky to find parking on the side street near our rental.

Everything was great except for the bed for all the money put into this apartment i would recommend a better bed frame we almost broke first day and ended up sleeping on air mattress. This was almost a problem but the location was excellent parking good all other amenities where very nice
