Very disappointed that this place actually being rented out very dirty the doors are hanging the pillows are yellow this place needs a lot of work!!! Super dirty !

It was a beautiful property in a great location

This was such a cute and comfortable place to stay. This home more than met our needs. The location is very convenient to Fort Benning as we were there for our son's graduation from bootcamp.

We parked in the yard and city police gave a warning ticket for parking in yard that looked like the driveway

Location was okay

This property was dirty looking on arrival. Outside of house was nasty looking. I have NEVER had a problem with any other places through booking.com and I've booked with them for over 7 years. But I was highly disappointed. The house was full of dust- around door frames, covering ceiling fan, hair in the bed, outside was covered in cob webs and dead insects. I wish I had taken pics of the outside it was hideous! There was literally trash in the house and a musty smell. I called the property immediately since I AM ALLERGIC TO DUST and simply asked them to move me to a different property. It was my birthday and Mother's Day weekend and they refused. Property management offered to send a cleaning crew but why would I want a cleaning crew to come in and stir up the dust to make the situation worse?!?! The manger was very rude and disrespectful to me. When I explained that I was sitting outside in my car due to breaking out in hives from all the dust in the house he told me to send him pictures of my hives (my body) ! They offered a refund of $150 for a cleaning fee and didn't care at all about disrupting my birthday. He didn't care that I had to cancel my dinner reservations because I had to find somewhere else to stay since this place was literally causing me to be ill! I ended up not staying there. My self and my family left and had to spend $ for another place to stay and I paid $430 for 2 freaking nights. I did t even use the bathroom in that place and they could care less. This was the worse experience I've Ever had with a property.

enjoyed having a private location in older part of town. much better than big hotel chains, etc..

no TVs in bedrooms, no ice maker and needed coffee pod machine rather than older coffee ground machine. most people like bringing their own coffee and pods are much easier. needs more shelf space in bathrooms for toiletries near sink.
