1. 1 căn diện tích quá nhỏ, bẩn, hôi, đồ trong phòng quá cũ 2. Chủ chỗ nghỉ giao tiếp với khách qua zalo ko kịp thời, gọi dt ko nghe, gtin thì đợi mãi mơus trả lời… nhìn chung ko ok
