It was so elite yet personal felt like home away from home

Not much just needs tenants who rent to care more

This property had a really good open plan living space and large covered balcony. It was very useful to have a washing machine and tumble dryer too. The view of the sea from all rooms was lovely. The property was very secure with security on reception and to access the underground car park. It overlooks Ushaka Marine World and this was a nice place to visit although many attractions are shut in September.

The apartment didn't seem that well cared for with dirty windows, a greasy table and grubby floors. The ensuite bathroom had no door, so you were straight into it from the landing and master bedroom. Due to this my husband and I used the second bedroom, which unfortunately had a long window in the corner that had no curtain thus letting the light flood in. There was no mirror in the room so I had to dry my hair beside the dining table. Although there was a tumble dryer, there was no drying rack for clothes that couldn't be tumble dried and the ironing board was broken. In the evening we had to use the car to go out to a restaurant, there's very little in the immediate vicinity.

The place need to be thoroughly cleaned, the couch in the living room, coakroach in the bedroom, no guys, take your visitors serious. Regretted booking the place.

We had a self catering accomodation

we didnt have the serving dishes for our salad. you need to add on your cuttlery and crockery

I liked the ocean view, and how safe the area is

The place is not well maintained, the balcony needs an upgrade as it is rusted and not safe. Towels are old some have holes in them. The bathroom sink plug does work and there are roaches
