- Vue très vilaine sur une cour, dépotoir avec de très nombreux containers d'ordures ménagères et des poubelles dont certaines sont prés de la chambre - Vue également sur des voitures garées dans la cour - Chambre sombre - Pb sécurité : porte vitrée donnant directement sur l'arrière-cour - Si vous restez longtemps , attention il n'y a qu'un seul jeu de serviettes ( 1 par personne) et 1 seul jeu de draps - malgré nos demandes , la direction ne nous a pas changé de chambre - Chambre 14 à déconseiller

Perfect price and size room

Would have been nice to have reading chair but I wouldn’t have stayed awake long enough to really use it so a minor issue

The bed is very comfortable, the lighting is bright enough, the check-in instructions are clear and the heater is warm enough.

Although I reported the issue with the lack of hot water and the host said they would fix it, there was still usually no hot water when I showered at night. (Imagine coming back from 33°F and not having any hot water for the shower...) Also, even though they mentioned that trash collection and cleaning would take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, it did not actually happen. After I informed them, they came to take out the trash the next day, but there was still no cleaning or towel replacement. In addition, the curtains let in light, and the sound insulation is quite poor. If the upstairs tenant decides to "exercise" or walk around late at night, you will likely be woken up (which is probably why they provide earplugs). Given these issues, I think light sleepers should consider this before booking.

The location is easily accessible and, if everything is working, the property has a good enough standard.

We have stayed in this property a few times now, and there is always something broken. While communication is fast, repair is very slow and has never been accomplished before our stay was over. Either the elevator is broken for days and there is no help to get luggage to and from the 3rd floor, or, at our last stay, AC and TV were not working for days (in the heat of July). Most frustrating though is the customer service. We have been in constant contact with them now for over 2 months via phone, message, and even had to escalate to booking.com customer service, just asking to get a fair partial refund, and they make it extremely difficult. I would have liked to give a better rating, but sadly the behavior is just unacceptable.
