Seaside 3 bed unit with views

I liked that I didn't book it for a day longer.

We basically used the accommodation to spend a few nights as we were on holiday and out the entire day only to return late in the evening. There seems to be an issue having this apartment used for this purpose as the host mentioned that the slamlock gates can't be used the way it should as the other residents complain about the noise, if you watch TV then you will have to close your doors and windows, you are not allowed to have a conversation on the balcony at night because apparently your voice will travel and disturb other residents. The residents complain about every little thing, if your 2 year old child is playing within the apartment then the residents complain. I was basically used as an excuse for complaints because it seems that the other home owners don't want this unit to be used for holiday makers. This place isn't cheap and if you wish to book, then by all means go ahead. But if you can speak, close doors and gates the way it should, watch TV or flush your toilet more than once then you will have a problem and regret booking this place. The resident above this unit, a white female is an absolute racist and attracts your attention by snapping her fingers at you as if you are an animal. I've stayed in Blouberg many times but this is the first time that I've been exposed to this type of behavior. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere and have a good holiday because this place was a huge disappointment and I will certainly not book again.

communication of the host was super from day 1 until the end.

The property, location was excellent, the only problem was the downstairs neighbors, they complained unnecessary about everything. we couldn't even enjoy the TV or talking. they even promised to call police for us, i think housekeeping is needed especially when you stay for more than 2/3 nights (for linen change especially).
