The property is beautiful , clean, close to the Knysna waterfront making it safe to walk to restaurants. It has all the necessities for travellers and they shared with us all the specials in restaurants around.

The property looks like the pictures, it’s relatively spacious compared to hotel room

It felt a bit old, the seats and sofas had a lot of big stains. There was a vague smell, which was tried to be covered with cheap air fresheners. Shower drain wasn’t working well. Location isn’t perfect, I’d recommend to stay on thesen island.

The size of the room and kitchen lounge area. The room was very clean. Availability of pool towels for at the hotel pool. Accessibility to town and the waterfront

Aircon does not work during load shedding. As a result of this and the immense heat in the later afternoon (during summer) the room can get very hot. During load shedding the room is too close to the generator, which makes sleeping difficult if load shedding is between 00.00 and 06.00.
