"Lovely stay, friendly hosts, great flat, terrible post booking process."

Flat is lovely and has everything you'd need, WIFI, linen and lounge in particular. Location is great and accessible from multiple areas. Hosts are warm and friendly. I can't say a bad thing about the hosts themselves, or about the accommodation - it was lovely. However - be warned about the hidden costs.

The post payment process is abysmal. You will be required to pay a breakage deposit greater than the nightly fee. This is not listed on the actual listing but is rather a follow up after booking. For most (as stated by the host) this is easy to miss and causes complications. Be warned,, this is not a seamless booking. The host argued with me about this, stating he always has to explain this to guests - if this is the case surely something clicks that you should change the process.

The location was ideal for us. The unit was clean and practical with many appliances like a clothes dryer.

Please could you supply coffee/ tea for one night stay as often visitors arrive later in the day and have not had time to go to the shops to get the basics.
