What a fantastic apartment to stay in and experience Cape Town and surrounding areas. Love the awesome view from the balcony of Table Mountain and Lions Head. Such a peaceful view if you not used to it every day.  Was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and extras in the apartment such as the Inverter and washing machine to mention a few. You've outdone yourself in making the place feel like a home and not just a place to sleep over.  We love the kitchen and rooms and and overall clean apartment no cluter etc... Will definitely recommend and stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for such an awesome memory visiting and Staying in Milnerton. 

The property itself was nice, clean and modern.

Not at all what is being advertised. This is part of an apartment block, known as Keywest. Thus the ad is misleading. The Agent, Kim c/o ManageAir, did not provide proper check in details prior to our arrival. She did not answer my calls after contacting her 8 times. We thought we were scammed. She only later replied rudely via WhatsApp. The wifi and tv did not work the first day and we had no access to the balcony. After phoning the ManageAir head office directly, Bianca attended to the issues with Wifi and the TV the second day.

The kitchen plugs were not working, had to beg to have them repaired Toaster was not working Wifi was not working. We were promised a router which was not brought The ups batteries were not working, we were affected by loadshedding

Only the area is safe

As we arrived in Room 409, stove was not working, plugs for kettle and microwave not working, we have to take them and connect in our room, WIFI not working and TV wasn't working. Reported the matter to Peter Wresch Key West cell number 084 945 5292 who sent technicians but they could not resolve any issues. We stayed for 3 days and my family was hungry because we couldn't cook. Our stay there was miserable and don't wish to stay there again. I've wasted more than R7000 thinking I was going to have fun and nice time with my family. Request money I payed to be reimbursed into my bank account because our stay there was pathetic.

Perfect view and it’s a walking distance to lagoon beach 😊.

There were cockroaches

The security at reception was very nice and welcoming. The apartment itself is also quite nice but needs to be maintained regularly.

We struggled opening the door due to their locking system. We tried to reach the host thinking she'd come help. We waited outside for an hour before she could send someone. There was no room service during our stay. In every challenge we experienced, the host was not so helpful.
