Did not have breakfast

Cleanliness. Couches was badly stained. We were bitten by something that lived in the carpet. TV remote is faulty. Was very hot in the apartment and the fans were not adequate enough to provide comfortable temperature

The cleanliness of the property. The host was super friendly. She even sent her son to bring plugs for the heater.

There is no central aircon or air-conditional system in the property. It got really cold and we had to ask for heaters which the host had to tell us where to check in the unit. Access code would stop working sometimes but host was on ground to give a new code anytime.
