I don't like anything about the property

The property was so disappointing. The place has a funny smell and there was no AC and and fan wasn't working well. I previously called the property before around 10am to inform them of my arrival and they promised to make the property ready between 12pm-1pm and I got there past 1pm and was stranded till 3:18pm and worst still I was asked to drop my bags on the lobby. Getting to the room I had to open the window because of the odor and heat but the sound of music entering the room from a nearby bar was so loud that I was so frustrated. I couldn't leave the window open because of the noise and I could close the window because of the heat and odor. I had to leave and get a different property same day. It was the worst mistake regrettable I've ever made.

Size of the room

There was no key, although I arrived after 16h00, I set on the floor on the passage for over 30minutes. There's no lounge. The person who brought the key was very rude. The instructions referred be to a locked key box and it was open. On the app the room was advertised for R520 and over R1100 was deducted from my bank. The room window doesn't close and there was a deafening voice all night from the nearby tarven, no sleep. The bed not comfortable. The wardrobe for my clothing had cleaning materials, no room for clothing. Light in the shower flicking, very bad for me

There was no fresh spray for bathroom and there is a lot of noise coming from long street from night clubs.. And there is mosquito too😔😔

To be honest, The worst living conditions I've ever experienced. There's no air conditioning, and the apartment gets so hot that it's hard to breathe. To ventilate the room, we had to keep the window open all the time, which prevented us from sleeping at night because there's a nightclub across the street. The music plays from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Furthermore, the open window attracts a huge number of mosquitoes. I didn't sleep well for a single night out of 14 days. I would never recommend such apartments to anyone. I would gladly get my money back for my ruined vacation.

Nice apartment with all the basics that you require for a self catering vacation. Great location, easy walk to the shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants etc. having a washer/dryer was an added bonus.

It can do with an aircon or a bigger fan as the room is small and when you open the window you get a lot of nightlife noise from long street. So an aircon would make the apartment even better.
