View is epic and as good as it gets for Blouberg. It was clean and everything worked including TV, Netflix and Internet.

The breakages deposit of an additional R1000 was excessive seeing as though there was nothing of significant value in the apartment. Some St. Francis Bay apartments have all SMEG appliances and they don't ask for additional breakages there. The many rules, ie. No guests without prior arrangement, check out at 930am (instead of usual 10am) made us feel uncomfortable. Picture of vehicle lisence disc and picture of Drivers lisence to be WhatsAppd before entry allowed, etc. Etc. Etc. We probably won't stay here again as a result of the onerous rules and additional info required. Not what you feel like when on vacation.

Very friendly and helpful host! I never needed to ask anything, as he gave me all info beforehand! Breakage deposit was returned the day after check out, no questions asked! Best view and location!

However, for this price point and location it is a bit outdated and could use some love. The second bedroom had very hard pillows but we luckily took ekstra from home! Could use an aircon or a fan at least in main room! Then something random - it does say that it is pet friendly, but this unit has no grass close by - I became friendly with some people on the ground floor who let me use their grass for my small yorkie to go potty!
