The location is directly in the heart of downtown Saint Augustine. So easy to walk everywhere!

As it's directly in the heart of downtown and it's an older building, you could hear people/cars outside.

Close to everything in historic St Augustine. Extra large rooms and living spaces. Unbelievable views of the park and water.

Can be loud during the holiday season. Didn't bother me.
