In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of ZAR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Escom, the main power provider in South Africa currently implements power cuts (load shedding) from time to time for a short period. Please note that when this should happen the lifts, garage doors and lights in public areas all have a generator back up but the apartments in the building do not have its own generators. A spacious and arpartment with everything one needs, with a great view. Great location, with restaurants, liquor stores, grocery shopping all close by.
