Great location within easy walking distance to Sunbet arena. Neat, modern and comfortable with a small balcony.

It took about 40 minutes to check in, granted there were a lot of guests coming to the concert at Sunbet.

The unit was perfect, mountain view. The unit had cooking facilities, which mattered a lot for me and my partner as we prefer making our own meals.

Loud noise from music in the restaurant on the 16th floor where our room was.

We had a great experience overall. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and feel at home from the moment we arrived. The security was excellent and gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The views were beautiful and really added to the atmosphere, especially in the evenings, creating a calm and relaxing environment. Communication was smooth, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was seamless. Dina was truly an exceptional host very responsive, professional, and accommodating. She provided clear instructions, was always available when needed, and went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made a noticeable difference and contributed greatly to our overall experience. We truly had a wonderful and memorable weekend, and her hospitality made the stay even more special. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay, and I would gladly return again in the future. 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There were a few minor issues during our stay. There was no broom available for basic cleaning, and we experienced a temporary Wi-Fi issue in the evening, although it was resolved by the next morning. Additionally, the staff member who came to collect the linen was not very friendly in her approach. However, these were small concerns and did not take away from an overall smooth and enjoyable experience. We truly had a wonderful and memorable weekend, and the hospitality made the stay even more special. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would happily stay again in the future.
